Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess, Purser, or Head of Interior on 50–60m+ yachts. • Experience with high-profile private or private/charter yachts, handling demanding guest requirements. • Proven ability to manage and mentor interior teams while maintaining structured service operations. • Strong knowledge of service standards, wine, table settings, and event planning. • Highly organised with experience in budgeting, ordering, inventory management, and interior administration. Purser training highly desirable. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively in a multicultural team. • Valid STCW, ENG1, Food Safety Level 2. • Fluent English, polished professional presentation, and strong references. • Willingness to undergo full background and drug screening checks.
