Deck/ Steward(ess)

Crew & Concierge are currently searching for a confident Deck/Stew to join a day charter company for the summer of 2025. The company has 2 small vessels: a 12m Sailing Catamaran and a 12m Motor Yacht, both of which you will work on. As the Deck/Stew, you will be predominantly interior focused, specifically in service. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is able to communicate well with guests. You will be expected to be confident in service as well as be comfortable with making a variety of cocktails when requested by guests. Alongside this, you will also be solely responsible for the upkeep of the interior, as well as helping the Captain with docking operations. The vessels run with two crew in total- yourself and the Captain- so we are searching for a true all-rounder with ideally some sailing experience.
