Chief Stew

A 50m MY is seeking a highly organised chief stew to join a crew of 12. The ideal candidate should have previous experience being a chief Stew. However, theywill consider applicants who have proven longevity and experience as a 2ndStew on a large vessel and looking to take on a new challenge. This is a private program open to some light charter. It is dual season and will be heading to the Caribbean this winter and back to the Mediterranean next summer The interior runs with 3 stews. Role Includes: - Day to Day administrative jobs including accounts, booking flights for rotational crew, inventories etc - Managing the second and third stew on all interior jobs - Confident with all service styles and navigating larger dinner parties - Assisting the captain in coordinating plans alongside the owners PA

• Previous experience as Chief Stew or longevity as 2nd Stew on large vessels • Confidence in service styles and managing larger dinner parties • Strong organizational and administrative skills
