Deck/ Engineer

The Deck/Assistant Engineer role on a 50m Private/Charter Motor Yacht offers a permanent position with 45 days of leave. The job is based in the Mediterranean year-round, with the yacht spending the winter in Italy for a shipyard period. The successful candidate will be part of a deck team of 4, expected to work 70% on deck and 30% as an assistant engineer. The role requires STCW, ENG1, AEC1, and AEC2 certifications, with Yachtmaster and PWCI being a plus. Mechanical aptitude and watchkeeping experience are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to gain bridge time and advance your qualifications. The yacht has a busy charter program, and the successful candidate must be willing to work in this environment, with no large visible tattoos and no smoking allowed.
