We are searching for a skilled First Mate for a 35m+ Private Motor Yacht. This permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean with a dynamic crew.

• YM Offshore in hand • Minimum of 3 years yachting experience with 1 year as a bosun on a larger vessel • Hands-on deck approach with excellent watersports and leadership skills • Confident with general deck and bridge duties • Fluent in English • Non-EU passport holders must have Schengen visa and Seaman's Discharge Book
