Join an amazing crew onboard a private 25m+ explorer motorsailor, seeking an experienced captain and first mate couple for an exciting rotational position.

• Captain must hold YM Ocean or have excellent sailing and captain experience. • Mate must have their YM Offshore. • Strong sailors with excellent organisational, navigation, and sailing skills required. • At least 5 years of experience on yachts, including captain couple experience. • Strong ocean crossing experience and ideally some remote itinerary knowledge.
