Sous Chef

The Sous Chef position on a 70m Motor Yacht involves working closely with the Head Chef to prepare high-quality crew and guest food. The role primarily focuses on crew meals while supporting the Head Chef when needed. The yacht, a new build launching at the end of summer for a short season, seeks a candidate with at least 4 years of industry experience on vessels over 70m. The ideal candidate is professional, confident, and motivated for this rotational 2:2 position in the Mediterranean for summer and winter TBD.
