Chief Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Officer to join a well-established 70m+ busy charter motor yacht with at least +2 years on a 60m+ motor yacht. Our ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and very knowledgeable on deck operations and maintenance. Great management skills in a calm and professional manner, a great communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and willing to exceed guest expectations. Attention to detail and a good safety mindset are equally important. We need a positive, energetic candidate with a calm and professional attitude, a great sense of humor, a real team player who is a true leader, has a good nature and is passionate about the job. This is a very busy dual season heavy charter motor yacht, so this role is not for the faint-hearted. We need a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate that loves to create and provide great experiences for the guests and owners, an easy-going, friendly and caring candidate that works hard with a smile. This role would best suit a candidate who would like to work on one of the most successful and busy charter vessels of this size.

• Ideally Master 3000 or CM3000 • STCW • ENG1 • PDSD • 2 years experience as a CO ideally or very experienced 2nd Officer on 70m+ with charter experience
