We are recruiting for a unique dual-role position on board an 80m+ private motor yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a background in physiotherapy who is also keen to be fully integrated into a professional deck team. Well-established, multinational crew. Strong deck structure with experienced senior officers who have been part of the build programme. Professional, supportive onboard environment. This is a dual-function position, combining deckhand duties with physiotherapy-focused support for the owners. Primary focus on injury rehabilitation, recovery, and injury prevention, particularly post-training. Working alongside existing wellness professionals onboard. When not engaged in physio-related duties, the role will be fully hands-on within the deck team. Likely 3:1 (subject to change)

• Sport Massage Qualification or higher • Open to candidates with varying levels of yachting experience • Must be comfortable working as part of a deck team • ENG1 & STCW (valid) • PWB2 minimum • B1/B2 visa preferred (but may consider candidates without, due to the niche nature of the role)
