Chase Boat Captain

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Chase Boat Captain to manage and operate a high-performance chase vessel (Wajer 55 or Wally 58) in support of a brand new 50m charter yacht. This role is pivotal to guest logistics, water sports, and owner movements, requiring exceptional seamanship, guest handling, and a proactive mindset. You'll work alongside the mothership’s deck team while maintaining a standalone standard of care and professionalism for the chase vessel. The program will run at a high pace with frequent movements and demanding logistics — this role suits a confident, independent operator with a calm, guest-focused demeanour. You will be sharing the Chase vessel's onboard accommodation with one of the deckhands from the mothership.

• Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum), commercial endorsement preferred. • Minimum 2–3 years experience operating similar high-performance tenders/chase boats. • Strong mechanical and systems knowledge - ideally AEC2 in hand. • Calm under pressure, flexible, with excellent communication and guest service skills. • Experience with Wajer/Wally vessels highly desirable. • STCW, ENG1, B1/B2 visa preferred. • Excellent checkable references and happy to undergo a background check.
