Join us as a Chief Officer / Junior Captain on a 40m private motor yacht based in the Mediterranean. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and a solid history of crew management, ready to manage a deck successfully and communicate effectively.

• Advanced Fire Fighting • STCW + Refresher • GMDSS • ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for min. 6 months) • Passport (valid min. 1 year) • Strong on Bridge/accounts • Strong leadership skills • Strong organizational skills • Solid history of crew management • Hands on DECK
