Chief Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Rotational Chief Engineer to join a 65m+ dual-season private and charter motor yacht. This is a time-for-time rotational role with an immediate start and offers an excellent salary and package. The vessel is currently cruising the Mediterranean and has upcoming plans to cross back over to the UAE for the winter season. As Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall performance, safety, and reliability of the yacht’s engineering systems. You will oversee all planned maintenance, lead the engineering team, and ensure that all operations within the engine room are executed to the highest standards. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as Chief Engineer on yachts 50m or larger. A solid understanding of all onboard technical systems is essential. Commercial engineering backgrounds may be considered, provided the candidate also brings several years of yachting experience.
