Sole Engineer

Looking for rotational sole engineer for a 45m+ SY. Current cruising plans are SE Asia/West Pacific. Start date: End of February for handover. Rotation: 3 months on, 3 months off. Willing to consider shorter rotation if it's a deal maker (and in agreement with the current engineer). Must be able to work well alone and self motivated. Certification: Minimum Y4 level or equivalent. Ideally Y3. Fit and healthy crew, not big drinkers. Yachtmaster, experience on sailing yachts and an interest in SCUBA/free diving would be helpful but not essential. Pay depending on experience and certification.
