Chief Officer

Seeking an experienced Chief Mate for a high-standard 43m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This leadership role involves overseeing deck and safety operations with a polished, professional program.

• 3+ years experience on 40–60m+ vessels, charter experience is a bonus • Previous Chief Mate/Chief Officer or experienced 2nd Officer ready to step up • Proven shipyard experience and contractor management skills • Strong knowledge of deck maintenance and safety compliance • Capable tender driver with large RIB experience preferred • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills • Fluent in English, with STCW and ENG1 up to date • Clean criminal background check if requested • Active, professional, no-drama attitude
