Head of Housekeeping

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Housekeeper to join a 95M+ private motor yacht on a 2:2 rotation. This role requires a candidate with a sharp eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering immaculate interior standards. You should be confident managing a team, maintaining discretion at all times, and taking ownership of housekeeping operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service onboard. The Lead Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations onboard, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest and crew areas. This includes managing cabin turnovers, maintaining interior detailing, handling inventory and linen control, training and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in a similar role on large yachts. A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to lead by example are essential to succeed in this position.

• Previous experience as Lead Housekeeper or similar on 80M+ yachts • Strong housekeeping and laundry skills • Leadership and team management experience • Qualification: STCW, ENG1
