Captain

Seeking a Full-Time Captain for a 42m luxury superyacht based in Sydney. A unique, long-term role that combines leadership, engineering aptitude, and premium hospitality.

• Master <45m NC (Compulsory) • MED 2 Qualification (Compulsory) • Proven background in maritime operations and vessel management. • Ability to troubleshoot and oversee technical works. • Excellent communication skills with a focus on crew mentorship and safety. • Yachting experience (Private or Charter) is highly preferred.
