Chief Engineer

English mother tongue preferred, but a good command of the English language required, searching a proactive can-do/ team player with good marine engineering background and experience to match, positive attitude, great personality and drama free character to complement the long-term existing crew presently onboard. The vessel has just been placed on the market for sale, so this may or may not be a temporary posting, we are for now ‘business as usual’ until something changes on this point, for the foreseeable future it’s a permanent post. Vessel is presently based in the South of France, so a local based person would be ideal. We will have several charters lined up for the season 2026.

Yacht Experience, with a positive energy. Y4 minimum qualification accepted, but Y3 preferred. Would be required to assist on deck occasionally. Dry dock period in October 2025, closing remaining Class ABS items 4th 'Special Survey as well as hull survey.
