A strong knowledge of deck and engineering systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting, is essential. Proficiency in water sports activities is highly valued, as a passion for being active and an interest in water sports would be beneficial. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with the crew and interaction with guests. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are necessary attributes.
