• Extensive experience cooking for high-net-worth private clients • Strong knowledge of Eastern European cuisine and service preferences • Excellent plating skills and confident family-style presentation • Ability to work with little schedule notice or last-minute changes • STCW & ENG1 (valid and up to date) • Fluent English essential • Excellent references required • Must be comfortable undergoing a criminal background check
