Exciting opportunity for a Sole Chef on a 35-40m motor yacht! Ideal candidates will have strong culinary skills with expertise in healthy cooking and the ability to create a varied and well-plated menu for the owners and guests.
• Ideally Culinary trained, culinary qualifications/courses, strong restaurant background. • Preferably 2+ years as sole chef experience on 40m+ yachts • Enjoys cooking for owner, guests and crew. • Good provisioning skills, nicely plated meals, healthy choices and a variety of cuisines. • Food safety & hygiene, Marine medical certificate (ENG1) • STCW + Refresher, valid Passport and B1/B2 visa or US passport/green card/work permit
