Chief Officer

We are looking for a motivated and professional Chief Officer to join a private 50m+ motor yacht with a long-standing, active program. The vessel operates a single-season itinerary, based in Monaco during the summer, with regular cruising between Monaco, St Tropez, and Sardinia. The ideal candidate will have proven longevity and a genuine desire to take on a leadership role, helping maintain and improve high operational standards onboard. The position would suit someone motivated, hands-on, and team-oriented, with a proactive attitude and good communication skills. A Chief Mate 3000 or equivalent ticket is required. This is a long-term position with growth potential and ongoing mentoring. Package includes: Salary 7,000–7,500€ (depending on experience) 60 days leave per year WYCC premium medical cover End-of-season bonus 1,200€ annual course allowance plus 2 weeks for training (not deducted from leave) Flexible start date (within the next few months or early new year)
