Mate

We are seeking an experienced sailor with a strong work ethic and a focus on safety. The ideal candidate will be cheerful, sporty, and energetic, seamlessly integrating with our dynamic crew. The yacht will be based in Mallorca this winter. Priority will be given to candidates currently located in Europe. The position is for a Permanent First Mate/OOW on a 55m Private/Charter Sailing Yacht.

• Minimum 5 years' experience on S/Y • 1 year previous experience as 1st mate on large SY • Excellent communication and execution skills • Good knowledge of deck maintenance • Experienced with yard/refit operation • Good management Skills • Strong Knowledge of Mini-ISM systems • Professional appearance
