Stewardess

We are seeking an adaptable and skilled Stewardess to join a prestigious 70m private motor yacht, currently in the Mediterranean. This permanent position offers fantastic flexibility throughout the interior, a 90-day leave package, crew gym access, and excellent training opportunities. The ideal candidate, with a minimum of 1+ seasons' experience, will rotate through various positions, with a focus on being a housekeeping and guest facing role. Adaptability is key, transitioning from laundry responsibilities to stepping into housekeeping, and service as needed. This position allows for someone to advance their skills and truly flourish in a happy environment, and under great leadership onboard! The yacht accommodates 8 interior crew members, including Chief Stewardess, Butler, Head of Service, Head of Housekeeping, 2x Stewardesses, Spa/Hair, and Laundry. This is a fantastic, experienced, and well-knit interior team led by a brilliant Chief Stew and a Captain who prioritises Crew wellbeing onboard. Excellent owners. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 seasons of experience in the yachting industry, preferably on well known vessels. Proficient in all aspects of interior work with excellent attention to detail. Experience or interest in service is desirable; any service experience or skills are advantageous. Preferred skills in creative cocktail making, table settings, and floral arrangements. Happy, positive, and mature outlook, capable of following direction and demonstrating flexibility. Committed to personal and professional development with a willingness to learn. B1/B2 Visa (ideally). FH Level 2 (ideally). Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Package: Competitive salary 90 days leave. Crew gym onboard.
