• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on vessels 60m+ • Proven leadership and training abilities • Strong service background (silver service, wine knowledge, mixology, floral presentation) • Excellent organisation, communication, and administrative skills • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent) • Valid passport and driver’s licence with no travel restrictions • Computer literate (Excel and interior management software)
