Chief Stew

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 65m dual-season charter motor yacht, starting in Monaco after the Yacht Show at the end of September. The program includes two final Med charters before crossing to the Caribbean in early/mid-November, with a confirmed winter charter season ahead. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of four stews, ensuring exceptional service, interior management and guest experience beyond standard duties, including event planning, mentoring junior crew and close coordination with deck and galley. The yacht offers a 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off rotation, €7,000/month salary, private cabin, flights covered and a well-structured crew of 17 with a professional yet fun atmosphere.
