Lead Deckhand

Lead Deckhand/Tender Captain on a 50M private and heavy charter yacht with dual-season itinerary. Responsible for maintaining the yacht, varnishing, painting, sealants, and general repairs. Must have experience on a similar-sized vessel, excellent maintenance skills, and a career-oriented mindset. Ideal candidate should be resilient, fitness-oriented, and able to manage long workdays. Experience as a deckhand, STCW, ENG1, and Yachtmaster qualifications required.
