Deck/ Divemaster

We are seeking a motivated and multi-skilled Deck/Dive/Videographer to join a world-cruising 60m+ sailing yacht with a strong focus on adventure, diving, and scientific exploration. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dive professional who enjoys variety in their role, being on the water daily, and working closely with a positive and active crew! Joining in Panama the start date is 18th January you will complete a handover before the vessel departs for the South Pacific. This role is ideal for someone who loves the ocean, thrives in a hands-on environment, and takes pride in delivering smooth and safe operations. Longevity bonuses. • Sailing background within yachting • A minimum Open Water Instructor • Experienced with underwater camera systems and media production • Comfortable taking responsibility for dive logistics, safety, and equipment • Active, sociable, and able to adapt between diving and deck roles • A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
