Mate

Position: Mate on a prestigious high-performance sailing yacht. Seeking a self-motivated individual with strong technical and maintenance skills. Must have smaller yacht captain or mate experience, large yacht bosun experience, or racing experience. Responsibilities include sailing, rope work, rigging, maintenance, painting, and more. Watersports enthusiasts are welcome. Start date in mid-April in Spain, with busy summers cruising the Mediterranean and winters in Spain. Qualified candidates should possess a YM offshore qualification and a driving license.

• YM offshore and driving license minimum • Sailing, rope work, rigging, maintenance, painting, winches etc • Must either have smaller S/Y captain or mate experience, or large S/Y bosun experience • Racing experience valued • Solid technical and maintenance skills
