Mate

We are seeking an experienced First Mate/Deck to join a 4-person crew aboard a brand new 30-meter private motor yacht, based in South Florida with summer cruising in Sag Harbor. You'll be responsible for navigation support, exterior maintenance, docking procedures, managing water toys, and creating a pleasant environment for the owner and his three daughters during light cruising. This position requires strong deck and navigational skills, an active and happy disposition, and a Yachtmaster license. The yacht operates with a relaxed program and offers competitive compensation based on experience.

• Experience as a Deckhand/Mate • STCW + Refresher • ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months) • Passport • Vaccination - Covid • Strong deck and navigational skills • Honest and reliable • Active, happy disposition. Responsible.
