Seeking a world-class Head Chef for a brand-new 50m dual-season charter yacht, focusing on high-end cuisine and exceptional service.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head Chef on 50m+ yachts (non-negotiable). • Proven charter background with strong guest feedback and references. • Expertise across multiple cuisines, including modern Mediterranean, American, and Asian influences. • Excellent time management and ability to deliver under pressure. • Ship’s Cook Certificate and formal culinary training strongly preferred. • Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food Safety Level 2. • Fluent English and strong communication skills. • Must be highly presentable, composed, and team-oriented. • Excellent verifiable references.
