Sole Chef

Are you a Chef with an interest in sailing? We are actively searching for a talented Sole Chef to join a 30m+ Sailing Yacht, which is private. They are dual season, so you will join them in the UK in March before cruising the Mediterranean for the summer and the Caribbean for the winter. This vessel has 3 owners, so it is a very busy programme! As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for 4 crew members and up to 8 guests. You must be comfortable with producing creative meals in a variety of international cuisines and be able to cater to dietary requirements when needed.
