Job Title: Chief Engineer 39m SY Private/Charter Yacht: 39m SY (Malta Flag) Location: shipyard in Holland.Winter Canary islands. Summer 2026: Scotland/Finland Start Date: Mid May 2025 Program: 80% Private / 20% Charter-first year Contract: Permanent Crew: 6 We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer for a 39m performance Sailing Yacht. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, all round engineer, with a passion for sailing who is looking for a new challenge and longevity. The perfect candidate has experience on similar sized vessels, sailing background is essential and is willing to help out wherever it's needed, a real team player. What we are looking for: Full dedication, responsibility and passion for the job Experience on a Sailing Yacht of a similar size. Priority given to candidates who have shown a longevity of a minimum of 2-3 years in previous roles Salary range: €7,500 month ( no rotational role)
