Chief Stew

Seeking a Chief Stewardess for a 50m+ charter yacht in the Caribbean to manage a skilled team and provide exceptional guest service.

• Minimum 5 years of crew experience • Proven longevity in a similar role on a yacht of similar size • Operational charter experience as a Chief Stewardess • Excellent knowledge of super yacht interiors and service • Experience training and leading a team • Strong communication skills • Must be female due to shared cabin • No visible tattoos • Valid driver's license • No smoking or vaping
