TYS Recruitment is looking for a 2nd stew to join a 50m private MY based in Fort Lauderdale. Start date: ASAP Location: Florida Salary: $4500 DOE Leave: 38 days per year Visas: US passport or Green Card required Vessel flag: USA Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements Full medical coverage The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a 2nd Stew on motor yachts ranging from 35-50 meters. You will be joining a fantastic team led by a hands-on Captain and supportive owners who enjoy family time. The interior runs with three, and there is a wonderful Chief Stew who goes the extra mile with her team. As a second stew, you will guide the junior and support the chief stew, rotating through all interiors with a main focus on service when guests are onboard. The vessel typically has an average of 4-5 months of guest usage per year and is busier during the winter season. The crew environment is close-knit and supportive. In addition, after completing one year onboard, you will have the opportunity to receive a training allowance, along with an annual salary review. The vessel's cruising itinerary usually includes Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the Bahamas.
