Bosun

We’re seeking a Lead Deckhand/Bosun to join a 60m private new-build motor yacht based in the Mediterranean. The yacht has recently launched and will embark on world cruising with relaxed, welcoming owners. You’ll be joining a social, active, and diverse crew of 15 who enjoy spending time together off duty and foster a genuine family-style culture onboard. This role suits either an experienced Bosun from a smaller program or a Lead Deckhand ready to step into their first Bosun position. You’ll need your YMO in hand, a Schengen visa, strong maintenance and tender-driving skills, and the confidence to lead and guide a team of six on deck. The package offers a generous industry-standard salary, 60 days of leave, and a start date before the 18th of November.
