• Minimum YM Offshore in hand • Strong sailing skills essential for racing with guests on board • Hands-on, proactive, and a great all-rounder • Knowledgeable with deck products and maintenance • Keen to grow and learn more engineering/refit knowledge • Engineering experience and shipyard knowledge advantageous • Fluent in English • Non-smoker
