Sole Chef

Sole Chef Position. 27m - Motor Yacht - Private - building a charter program Enjoys cooking for owner, guests and crew. Well plated and varied menu. Creative ideas and exceptional food plating The individual must be self-motivated, very clean, trustworthy and flexible, work well with others, be a good listener and team player. Good provisioning skills, nicely plated meals, healthy choices and a variety of cuisines. Someone that truly loves to cook. Organized, clean galley practices. Runs with 4 crew and up to 10 guests. No dietary restrictions, but we would like the Chef to know a multitude of cuisines and be capable of accommodating guests' requirements.

• Culinary trained or culinary qualifications/courses. • Enjoys cooking for owner, guests and crew. • Well plated and varied menu. • Food safety & hygiene. • Marine medical certificate (ENG1). • STCW + Refresher. • Passport (all valid at least 1+ years). • Previous experience on similar size vessels is a plus.
