We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Deckhand to join a reputable 90m private/charter MY with a fun and active programme The season will be a mix of charters and owner trips based in the Caribbean before crossing back over to the med. They feature a very active style programme with watersports, swimming, Beach set ups, and guest activities — looking for someone energetic who can keep up with a fun, hands-on environment. 90 days leave (60 + 30) 2 x return economy flights to home destination Full medical insurance Shared cabin

• Lead Deckhand from a 50m+ programme of a Senior deckhand on a similar size ready to step up • Minimum 2-3 + years yachting experience • RYA Yachtmaster required (Yacht Rating a bonus) • Confident tender driving essential • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties in hand • B1/B2 Visa (minimum 6 months validity)
