Sole Engineer

Description
We are currently looking for a Sole Engineer to join a fantastic 40m Sailing Vessel. This is a private and charter vessel that is just finishing a refit and will be looking for someone to join them to move ahead with the final commissioning of the vessel and subsequent activation and seasons ahead on board. As the Sole Engineer, you will need to have a minimum of an AEC 2 COC but preferably SCV MEOL / EOOW but tickets are secondary to your experience! Big boat Sailing experience is a must - candidates without this will not be considered. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a programme that will be single season with Spain winters but also likes to race as the vessel will get involved in this too. Being confident with hydraulics, watermakers, and yacht equipment is very important for this role.
Requirements
• Minimum of an AEC 2 COC but preferable SCV MEOL / EOOW. • Commercial background or strong trade background • Good electrical and mechanical knowledge. • Motivated • Longevity
