Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience on 50m+ yachts, ideally with some leadership experience. • Yachtmaster in hand and solid longevity. • Strong tender driving skills and experience with guest transfers. • Excellent knowledge of deck maintenance, products, and systems. • Confident leading a small team and mentoring junior crew. • Hands-on, proactive, and professional approach with excellent communication skills. • Positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude. • Valid STCW, ENG1, and all necessary certifications. • Must be willing to complete a background check and pass a drug test.
