French speaking is a plus - Experience in a similar role on motor yachts. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (managing team of 3) - Excellent communication skills in English. - Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures. - Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Position Overview: Ideally, we are looking for a Chief Officer who will be able to take over command as well for the Captain when he is on leave. Shipay . Package: 5,000 EUR per month. Seasonal contract with possibility to become permanent with 42 days leave per year. Marshall Island flag.
