• Proven experience as sole Chef on yachts of similar size and program • Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian, French, Greek, Spanish influences) • Previous charter experience, including ability to adapt menus to varied guest preferences and dietary needs • Skilled in provisioning, budgeting, and managing galley operations both at anchor and during crossings • Ability to handle busy guest weeks with professionalism, energy, and creativity • High standards of hygiene and organization • Team player with a flexible, proactive, and upbeat attitude • Confident communicator, able to work closely with the Captain, Owner, and charter guests
