The Stewardess/Nurse plays a vital role within the interior team, ensuring the comfort and well-being of both guests and crew members. This position primarily reports to the Lead Service for daily operational tasks, supporting the team in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order throughout guest and crew areas. In addition to daily service responsibilities, the Stewardess/Nurse also collaborates closely with the Medical Officer, handling all health-related tasks and responsibilities. In this dual-service role, the Stewardess/Nurse assists the service team as directed by Lead Service, contributing to seamless operations and upholding exceptional standards of service. This includes providing attentive and refined food and beverage service to elite guests, creating a positive and memorable experience. On the medical side, the Stewardess/Nurse is responsible for delivering medical care as required to both guests and crew. This includes maintaining onboard medical inventories, equipment, and medical areas to ensure they are fully stocked and prepared for any situation. Additionally, the role involves conducting medical training sessions as needed, ensuring that the team is well-prepared and confident in handling health-related scenarios. This position requires a balance of hospitality and healthcare skills, a strong service mindset, and the flexibility to address both service and medical needs as they arise.
