2nd Stew

We are seeking an experienced and confident 2nd Stewardess for a reputable 60m charter motor yacht with a fantastic crew culture and excellent longevity on board. This is a dual-season programme with a busy Med summer and a quieter, more relaxed winter period based on Palm Beach Island. The owners use the yacht sporadically in the winter, with a New Year’s charter typically scheduled. Last year the yacht completed three charters with consistently strong tips. Summer Med season with owner trips averaging around one month, mixed with charters Winter based in Florida with weekends off and light owner usage Excellent crew longevity and a genuinely happy, team-focused environment Crew Culture: The crew are a lovely, social group who enjoy fishing, golfing, beach days, brunches, and the girls often have weekly cocktail and dinner nights. They’d love someone friendly, positive, and easy-going who would naturally slot into the team dynamic. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong 2nd Stew looking for stability, a supportive interior team, and a fun but professional work environment.
