PMR Recruitment – Captain Position Available | 35M Charter M/Y | Greece-Based - MASTER 500GT PMR Recruitment is searching for an experienced Captain for a 35M charter motor yacht permanently based in Greece, with a start date around 1st July. This is a full-time, permanent position onboard a Malta-flagged vessel that runs a demanding, back-to-back charter schedule. We’re looking for a hands-on Captain who can hit the ground running, with strong charter experience, excellent crew leadership skills, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the highest standards for both guests and crew. The crew consists of 7 members, including a mix of nationalities (several Greek), and the Captain must be confident managing an already established and experienced team. Important: Due to the yacht's permanent base and exclusive operations in Greek waters, applicants must hold Greek residency and a Greek Social Security Number (AMKA) in order to be considered for this position.
