As Head of Service, you will: Lead and inspire a high-performing interior team, ensuring world-class service at all times. Oversee daily operations for both private and charter guests, maintaining seamless service flow. Exceed guest expectations with meticulous attention to detail and a warm, professional approach. • 3–5 years’ experience in a senior service role on large motor yachts (100m+ preferred). • Proven leadership skills managing large interior teams in busy charter programmes. • Impeccable attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
