Deckhand

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Deckhand to join a highly professional and polished 60m private motor yacht with a US/Caribbean-based itinerary. The vessel is currently in a shipyard period until late October, making this an ideal time to step onboard and integrate with the established crew ahead of a busy operational period. This is a long-term opportunity on a well-run yacht that operates to high standards. The program is private only, owned by an American family with a deep appreciation for yachting and excellent attention to detail. The vessel runs with a strong security culture and high expectations for crew presentation and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, positive team player with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset. We're looking for someone who brings energy to the deck team—an outgoing and personable character who enjoys working closely with others. You’ll be joining a close-knit, professional crew and a program that values longevity and team cohesion.

• US passport, Green Card holder, or Canadian national • Available for immediate start • Previous deckhand experience preferred • Hands-on, practical skillset with good product knowledge • Positive, extroverted attitude and a team-first mindset • Valid STCW, ENG1, and all necessary documentation • Strong references required
