Chief Officer

We are seeking an experienced and professional Chief Mate for a 50m new build motor yacht. The vessel will be cruising the Mediterranean for the 2025 season before transitioning to a dual-season program with winters in the Middle East from 2026 onwards. The Chief Mate will play a crucial role in the vessel’s deck operations, navigation, and safety management, working closely with the Captain and leading the deck team to maintain the highest operational and safety standards.

• Valid Chief Mate 3000GT license • Proven experience as Chief Mate on similar-sized vessels • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent knowledge of bridge operations and passage planning • Hands on, proactive, and highly organized • Previous experience in new build or yacht commissioning is an advantage • Experience working in both the Mediterranean and Middle East is a plus • Strong communication and problem solving skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
