Lead Deckhand

We are looking for a good experienced Lead Deckhand. Needs good skills and able to lead a junior crew. If experienced enough could be called a Bosun. Should be dingy sailors for many years. Needs a high level of seamanship and awareness. The type of guy that wants progression.

Sailing from a young age. Has seamanship skills built into their personality, a real natural. Someone that can look and leap. Has experience with many types of cleaning procedures. Any sailing qualifications will be appreciated. English to be their native language or 100% fluent for communication reasons. True non Smokers. B1B2 US visa, Green card or US PP is required
