The vessel will be cruising through Sardinia, the Amalfi Coast, France, and possibly Spain. The chef will join for a 6-day owner trip and possibly two more charters (nothing is confirmed yet). After that, the yacht will head to the shipyard around September 10th. The chef can fly out from Spain.
• Charter experience • Culinary trained and/or strong restaurant experience • Enjoys cooking for owner, guests, and crew • Well plated and varied menu • MUST keep a clean galley • Passport (valid for minimum 1 year) • Current Marine Medical (ENG1) - (valid minimum 1 year) • STCW + Refresher • Food hygiene/safety • Clean galley practices • Happy disposition • Outgoing personality, energetic • Leads by example • Very organized • Verifiable positive references.
